About the role

As New Business Account Manager you are the face of Bacardi – seeking out new opportunities for our amazing brands, across the strategically important London channel. You will bring our brands to life in all manner of different places - from bars, pubs and clubs, to restaurants, events and venues… volume and prestige. You will excite customers and bring our brand portfolio to life, driving the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through new business, driving distribution and connecting with the consumer.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Responsible for targeting and winning new business, across the whole scope of volume and prestige venues.
  • Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in the On Trade, understanding their needs, their local consumer and developing and executing solutions.
  • Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets
  • Be the source of knowledge in terms of new venue openings and trends
  • Complete outlet surveys in all customer visits and work in partnership with customers and Bacardi’s Customer Development team to deliver excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting events and brand activations.
  • Develop and maintain regular contact with Wholesale partners to mutually grow portfolio within area.

  • Knowledge of the London channel and the key trends and operators
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering new business - able to put compelling and robust commercial propositions together, to
  • ultimately deliver performance, forecast accuracy and results
  • Strong (social) networking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time managements skills
  • Well-developed communication / presentation skills (active listening)
