YOUR OPPORTUNITY
To lead the OTC Backoffice process and team for multiple geographic area, performing a cultural change, in a growing and challenging organization, having the opportunity to interact with and influence different levels in the organization.

Leader willing to transform the organization, expand the OTC footprint, optimize processes, improve quality and stakeholder satisfaction and to be an advocate of the Bacardi family culture.  
Having a broad knowledge of OTC processes such as Cash Apps, Collections, Rebates and Credit Risk Management. Experience using technologies to gain process efficiencies is an advantage for this role.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Leading the delivery of strong BES/GBS (Bacardi Enterprise Services/Global Business Services) OTC processes including Collections, Rebates and deduction management
  • Ensuring a robust internal control structure  
  • Developing and managing a group of supervisors and team leads
  • Being and advocate of Bacardi culture and ensuring cultural transformation to achieve our BEST 10 objectives
  • Achieving a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Ensuring OTC provides world-class customer experience to Bacardi Primos and external customers
  • Developing a mindset of continuous improvement by constantly striving for ways to: 
    • leverage process efficiencies on a global basis 
    • drive down “end to end” process costs while improving quality and performance 
    • demonstrating a strong (and collaborative) leadership style that empowers the team to achieve desired outcomes and foster the Bacardi Culture
    •  interacting and collaborating with local business partners and global process owners to identify strategic opportunities through which BES/GBS can drive additional value for Bacardi active participation in the BES/GBS - Governance process 

Skills and Experience


SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
More than 5 years working in OTC people manager roles.
Proven experience building business relationships with all levels of the organization
Experience managing teams performing different business processes.
Administrative tasks such as leading weekly meetings with key partners in a variety of regions/cultures, in charge of improvement plans, disciplinary actions, hiring and dismissal process.
Full understanding of the OTC operation and its relationship with other company departments such as the commercial team, legal depart, Audit and other finances areas.
Skilled coaching and developing talent and leading cultural change.
