About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
To be a part of Bacardi Enterprise Services team, being responsible for Master data management as well as other transactional support to ensure appropriate processing of information and the relationship between the sale of products and their respective financial process with Order to Cash.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Acts as a liaison between Bacardi functional teams to ensure correct and on-time creation of Bacardi customers master data (incl sold-to and ship-to objects, Incoterms, payment terms, Notify parties, etc), being directly responsible for:
    • Checking for completeness and correctness of the customer information, provided by commercial team or other requestors, according to Bacardi master data and OTC governance,
    • Creating  master data request  in Bacardi systems and complete with required information,  
    • Following up with respective approvers, ensuring request is approved according to service level agreement;
  • Analyzes and assures quality and completeness of  Bacardi customer master data, by performing periodical  monitoring of the database to identify possible gaps and correcting them;  
  • Coordinates new prices entry process, directly creating change requests in Bacardi price approval system (MDG) and ensuring all required validations from respective approvers are collected on-time;
  • Update documentation so that it reflects the reality of the process as it is executed, at all times. 

Skills and Experience

  • Administration skills and close attention to details.
  • Demonstrate accountability and capability to work independently with confidence to ask for support when required.
  • Business savvy and a good understanding of the consumer & customers’ needs. 
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment. 
  • Language Requirements: English, other European Languages is an asset.
  • Knowledge of master data and order to cash process. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of master data and/or customer service, preferably in FMCG environment.
  • Advanced level of MS Office and SAP.
