About the role


This role provides the opportunity to interact with different BES areas and stakeholders as well to understand the operations behaviour. You´ll be able to support the OTC Leadership team in the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly preparation of reports for decision making as well to communicate the necessary outputs to our stakeholder’s.


Successful candidate will be familiar with advanced functions within Microsoft Excel. The role requires a strong empathy with the different peers and stakeholders we are dealing with and an excellent eye for detail, keeping in in mind our culture pillars to identify improvement areas and being processoriented with an understanding of the end-to-end OTC process.


  • Export, import and analyse the daily and month end close OTC AR & Rebates KPI´s reports.
  • Assist in providing ongoing reporting and analysis to our stakeholders for Monthly meetings and support on business operation decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and quality data information reported into the OTC Dashboards.
  • Work closely with other team members to review, analyse and certify business requirements documentations are properly documented and stored (SOP´s).
  • Perform daily Sysaid QA evaluations to share findings and real time insights to internal and external clients.
  • Monitoring the completeness and tracking of OTC Sox Controls for audit purpose.
  • Facilitate and maintain the official OTC SharePoint with the accurate data such as official Sox Controls Matrix & guidelines, as well DSO, Rebates Offset & ARAG files.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with OTC process
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making
  • Able to meet deadlines as provided by management
