About the role

Your Opportunity

The Order To Cash (OTC) & Claims Analyst provides support to deliver value and analytics to drive performance, improve metrics/processes & mitigate balance sheet risks for Bacardi Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).

About You

The OTC & Claims analyst is expected to work closely with internal stakeholders across BES and the ANZ business to understand OTC needs and proactively deliver upon OTC needs.

The candidate must possess strong communication and collaboration skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and cross-functionally within Bacardi. Advanced MS Excel and system tools skills required.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

The role will provide direct support to the ANZ business across numerous areas including claims and rebate management, balance sheet reconciliations and key business routine processes. Individual is expected to efficiently drive claims and rebate processing, provide analysis and decision support & continuous improvement on OTC outcomes, process improvement and ways to drive the business forward.

Key elements of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performance Management - Lead customer and internal data analysis with strategic and specific outcomes to drive Bacardi performance.
Customer Management - Driving customer claims insights and analysis to obtain outcomes to enhance customer and Bacardi performance.
Revenue Management - Support the Independent and On-Premise Sales Team through detailed Claims reporting and analysis to deliver performance and mitigate balance sheet risk.
People Management - Business partner the Independent and On-Premise Sales Team and drive commercial capability.

Skills and Experience

Fluency in English
Higher Education qualifications
Minimum 2 years claims management/financial analysis experience
Reconciliation experience
FMCG experience desirable
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong commercial acumen
Advanced Excel skills, including model building
Advanced level of diligence and attention to detail
Experience working with SAP and BI essential
Ability to understand process and drive continuous improvement
Delivery on improving key business metrics and outcomes
