About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Key Account Manager in Off Trade Sales, you will be responsible to maximize sales in your account. You will guarantee the perfect execution of the plans agreed with our key customers. You will also develop and maintain strategic and sustainable relationships with your customers.
You will drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through developing our brands shares, maximizing distribution and communicating with the customers.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Account Sales Planning & Activation
  • Successfully meet, exceed annual target (volume, value, distribution and share of market) in assigned key customers
  • Maximize distribution rate of the Bacardi portfolio based on brand strategies
  • Develop and execute effective yearly promotion/activation plans and continuously increase hit rate of promotions
  • Closely work with Marketing to execute commercial activities with excellence
Market & Consumers Insight
  • Consolidate, analyse and share business trends and market intelligence especially the activities of competitors
  • Build and develop account specific plans based on seasonality and consumer analysis
  • Regular update of competitors landscape to win on the shelves
  • Sales Forecasting Participation in the preparation of sales forecasts by accounts
  • Continuously increase sales forecasting accuracy through structured planning, analysis of previous activities and timely execution base on annual promotion/activation calendar
  • Monitor the stock status through Supply Chain and communicate in timely with customer if needed
Relationship Management 
  • Strengthen business relationships with customers from buyers, wholesalers, and other relevant functions to make win-
  • win business partners
  • Closely cooperation with other departments within the company. (Marketing, Finance and Supply chain)

Budget and Credit Management at customer level
  • Effective planning and execution of trade investment including A&P to meet intended objectives and max ROI.
  • Monthly closing by assigned accounts and A/R(Account Receivable) management

Performance management
  • Lead by example of Bacardi culture to become future leaders
  • Participate in regular Sales trainings and coaching to enhance functional skills

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Good knowledge and experiences in Modern Off Trade/retail environment
  • Able to incorporate customer and consumer insights into plans and strategy
  • Strategic thinking base sales analysis and planning ability
  • Good network with account’s stakeholders and exceptional at relationship building
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment
  • Ability to develop and manage sales and marketing programs that deliver results
  • Creative problem solving when the risky issues happen
  • Good knowledge about order to cash processes including A/R (Accounts Receivable) management

PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Over 5 years of relevant experiences in Off Trade key account sales. Off Trade Customer Marketing/ Trade Marketing experiences are a plus.
  • Must have experiences in HQ sales across major Hypermarkets, Wholesale clubs and Convenience store accounts.
  • FMCG, beverage or alcoholic beverage company experience is preferred Good command of written and verbal English
