About the role
Responsibilities
- Make effective business relationships with existing and potential retail clients at the territory you are responsible for, including national/regional key clients
- Establish routes to visit the outlets in the served territory according to the existing database.
- Systematically attend the outlets located on the served territory with early planned routes
- Support, develop and coordinate the work of field employees and distributors to ensure the uninterrupted supply of direct and indirect customers
- Coordinate promotional activities, and evaluates their results
- Provide strict control over all distributors’ trade transactions in terms of pricing, support the required level of inventory, sales, competition, and promotional activities
- Analyze the situation in the territory to determine the prospects of the Company's business, establishing and developing business and partnerships with potential clients
- Monitor and ensure the quality of product representation, guided by the Standards of "Bacardi - Martini Kazakhstan" and agreed with clients presenting options
- Organize the installation of trade/advertising equipment. Carefully and according to "Bacardi - Martini Kazakhstan" Standards place the advertising and POS materials
- Keep the Company’s products neat, timely detect damaged goods, following the expiry date
- Monthly provide reports about the situation in the served territory, including analysis of sales, distribution, information on promotional activities of the Company, and information on competitor’s activity
Skills and Experience
- Master/Bachelor degree.
- Commerce experience at FMCG
- Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is a distinct advantage
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding key business processes and their impact on profits
- Work experience with Nielsen and SAP is desirable
- Advanced user of PC (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Language Skills: Russian - fluent, English - Intermediate+
- If necessary, you are available and willing to work in the evenings and weekends.
- Ability to highlight main problems and create a solution plan
