Responsibilities

Embark on your Next Move
As the Receptionist/ Office Assistant, you will be the face of the Bacardi-Martini Australia business. In this full-time role, you will be based at our Kent St office in Sydney’s CBD, and will support the needs of the business, maintaining an efficient office environment. Some of tasks you can expect to undertake include (but are not limited to):
  • Meeting & greeting all visitors and answering the reception phone
  • Dispatch and receival of mail and courier items
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office including maintaining the kitchen, bar, meeting rooms and stationary areas
  • General office administration including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and statement reconciliation
  • Ad hoc office support

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with a vibrant and can-do approach, can multi-task with ease, is self-motivated and will keep the office running smoothly. Along with this, you’ll have:
  • A friendly disposition with a customer-service mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Capability with MS Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • RSA/First Aid Certificate is a bonus!
