About the role

Your Opportunity

As an Office Manager / Executive Assistant you are responsible for all office related topics and for the support of the European Leadership Team (ELT) based in Amsterdam.

With your positive mindset and the "I can do" mentality you are the contact person for our Primos (colleagues) in the Amsterdam office. As well you are the point of contact for our external relations.

About You 

You are not afraid of exceeding expectations, going above and beyond for your Primos – think about Fearless, Founders and family attitude.

You love to organize and keep the office going without any hiccups. You are straight to the point and do not mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Strong problem-solving skills and quick on your feet.

Creativity? You could say you have a sprinkle of it, from organizing and catering meetings to organizing Halloween, Valentine or Christmas events, this is where you can show off that sparkle.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Support the European Leadership Team with presentations, reports, and memos, strong ability and knowledge of the English language and Microsoft skills needed.
  • Welcome our visitors, take incoming calls, organize mailings.
  • Organize meetings including the logistics and any administrative support needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks for all teams such as office supplies, signatures collection, organization of team & office events etc.
  • Make all necessary travel arrangements & bookings, coordinate VISA applications and other trip requirements as necessary, for the European Leadership members.
  • Prepare expense reports for ELT members, create purchase orders, follow-up of invoice.
  • Manage facilities and equipment for the Amsterdam office: stock management, stakeholder management, etc.
  • Manage Office Budget
