Your Opportunity

Lead the CEEBB Route To Market team in the successful delivery of volume, revenue, gross profit and market share business goals in the On Trade.

With an excellent team you will focus heavily on building world class capability, coaching and empowering them to challenge the norm and stretch their thinking.

Responsible for developing a strategic plan to Win in the above areas; to include the evolution of commercial terms, external customer partnerships, bringing our brands to life in the On Trade channel and internal cross functional alignment.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Lead the development of the On-Trade strategy in CEEBB and make sure it is implemented on plan
  • Manage, coach and develop Primo capability to achieve an ultimate high performing team and talent pipeline
  • Delivery of budgeted NSV and GP targets, by working closely with other functions such as Operations, Finance and Marketing to ensure best team delivery against agreed KPI’s and targets
  • Build strong and partnership relations with key customers and distributors
  • Grow Brand availability & visibility in On Trade Channel by delivering Compelling Drinking Experiences to consumers
  • Drive Customer, Consumer and Distributor Education & Engagement through Brand and Trade Advocacy Initiatives
  • Collect information and insight into current trends, consumer and client behaviours, competitors’ plans and actions; recommendation of actions based on collected information to support BMP.
  • Define, identify and execute growth projects enabling timely and well-targeted solutions to opportunities in driving spirit category growth in the market
Key Measurables
  • Performance: Achieve financial targets (revenue, profitability) vs. budget for the On Trade channel
  • Team performance: Achieve financial targets in the team vs. budget for the On Trade channel
  • Value share: Achieve value share growth of key Bacardi brands in designated territory
  • Strategy: Participate fully in the development, delivery, and ownership of the CEEBB Commercial Strategy
  • Customer: Achieve target satisfaction measures among external customers, measured based on feedback on the quality of cooperation and quantity of signed contracts as outline by the ROI
  • Employee engagement: Motivated and engaged team measured using PES (Primo Engagement Survey), lack of rotations, and achievement of business targets
  • Talent: Developed team with high competencies, where team members achieved required certifications and qualifications; identified and developed an appropriate successor in the team

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • A strong leadership style, ensuring that you take your team with you. Previous experience of managing and developing a team of national account focused managers is essential.(minimum 6 years)
  • Higher education in Economics / Management / Marketing or another similar field
  • Professional knowledge of the On Trade, Off Trade, Modern and Distributors channel/s
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of P&L
  • Practical analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills and decisiveness
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamically changing market and a challenging working environment
  • Proficient English and Polish language skills are a must, additional CEEBB cluster language at an advanced level, especially would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
