YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will lead a team that provides services to our stakeholders who are in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and Switzerland. Additionally, you will support the Order to Cash department with our mission to leverage resources on a global scale through the use of shared services to reduce costs, increase customer service, and build new capabilities.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Be accountable for the Accounts Receivables in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and Switzerland.
  • Lead a team of 5 people based in Spain, Belgium, and Poland, who oversee the whole collections cycle.
  • Conduct proactive actions to trigger early identification of issues and speed up the cash collections of top customers.
  • Manage actions and projects in the market to improve results, drive efficiencies and simplify processes.
  • Perform BBSR and SOX Control reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure BES delivers high standard customer service to the markets.
  • Manage actions and projects in the market to improve results, drive efficiencies and simplify processes.
  • Ensuring a robust internal control structure.
  • Review and approve changes in Master Data.
  • Review of Sysaid tickets and assign new requests

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Minimum of five-year experience working across one or more of the Order to Cash process areas: (Credit and Collections, credit management, invoice collection, deductions settlement, Cash Apps).
  • Experience communicating directly with Senior leadership, including managing issue resolution at high levels in the organization.
  • Skills to analyse and determine best practices to achieve maximum results, often dependent on individual customer needs. Maintains a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established collection targets.
  • Relevant education: B.S. degree in a financial, accounting, or business-related field; degree associated with process area a plus.
  • Experience in Shared Services environment, Spirits and/or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
