About the role

Your Opportunity

As the POSM Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have the responsibility of the coordination of the POS-M logistics: ensure strong connection with Marketing & markets Supply Chain teams and ensure processes with 3PL partners to maintain control of entries, inventory, rotation and deliveries, with right logistic costs. POS-M refers to all the materials and assets that are destinated to enhance rotation in Points of Sales and On Trade.
  • You will operate & optimize POS-M previously designed strategy by executing Supply Chain solutions with procurement teams, POS-M suppliers, 3PL partners and copackers.
  • You will maintain active communication with Supply Chain Latin American Teams
  • You will actively monitor and communicate Supply Chain reporting on POS-M

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

Execute & optimize POS-M strategy:
  • With Supply Chain Manager, execute & analyze a logistic control POSM / Value Added Pack strategy to optimally serve and with right costs management for Latin American Bacardi regions/markets.
  • Control, measure KPIs, implement tools, influence ways of workings, best practices in the disciplines of inventory management and logistics.
  • Continuous improvement on faster cycles, reduction of delivery costs and minimized write-off.
  • Develop high level of coordination with the Brand Business Review team to achieve effective management of the POSM supply flow.
Manage Latin American POS-M Consolidation platform & Logistic provider
  • Optimize distribution network from supplier to customer in order to improve the Service Level and optimize costs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain team the selection of the logistic providers.
  • Cooperate closely with the Logistic Provider to reduce supply chain complexity, increase supply reliability and flexibility, and manage the system designed to maintain control on inventory.
  • Coordinate with planning & logistics team the Monitoring of performance of the selected logistic providers (cost & service).
You will manage Latin American market POS-M stocks
  • Supervise the right level of stock policy according to MOQs and expected velocity with Marketing teams, CPA team, Procurement teams, POS-M suppliers and copackers 
  • Monitor the performance according to agreed SLA with CPA team, Procurement teams, POS-M suppliers and 3PLs.
Monitor and communicate Supply Chain reporting on POS-M 
  • Define reports needed (IBP, BI) to achieve business targets and easily monitoring performances and stocks.
  • Ensure that monthly POS-M Dashboard: Stock levels, number of SKU, Slow movers, depletion status is published and shared on time.
  • Define targets with marketing & markets Supply Chain teams.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

Education 
  • Supply Chain, Logistics or related degree.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain
  • Assets or inventory management experience.
  • Working with 3 PL: WMS, third party transport distribution, change management.
Functional Skills:
  • Mastery in forum coordination and problem solving.
  • Mastery in Logistics and warehouse process
  • Excellent general IT literacy
Business Skills:
  • Multiple task management capabilities 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for communication across global and cross-functional teams
  • Customer oriented 
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Languages skills:
  • English - good verbal and written skills at all levels within Bacardi to motivate, engage and share information
  • French and other languages a plus
