About the role

Your Opportunity

Join the fastest growing area of Bacardi by driving forward our Paid Search efforts in an ever-growing and exciting area of the business. Be the backbone or our paid search planning and execution globally, inclusive of owning key pieces of analysis that feed into optimisation of our day to day search activities,optimising the strategy and constantly adapting plans to suit performance – under the guidance of the Paid Search Manager for EUR & RoW.

About You 

You will ensure that our organization has the insights and processes to capitalise on consumer trends, ensuring we are winning in real moments that matter. Building on solid foundations you are well on-track in becoming an expert in Paid Search; you are passionate about emerging technologies and broader performance marketing.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Working closely with agency to monitor performance of all Paid Search activity at a global level.
  • Interpreting & analysing reporting provided by media agency:
    • Identifying performance gaps in our current set up and make suggestions to improve performance against KPIs
    • Using data points to enhance our understanding of our customer base and how we best target them and meet KPIs
    • Creation of dashboards/excel model in order to carry out ad-hoc analysis of keywords, ad copy, audiences, content etc.
  • Research and analyse new market trends and seasonality fluctuations.
  • Clearly communicating insights and findings to wider team in a succinct manner to inform decision making and drive forward performance.
  • Keeping track of actualised/reconciled spend against budgets and feeding back to Paid Search Manager to inform real time budget planning.
  • Supporting Paid Search Manager(s) with interpreting briefs provided by brand teams and communicating back to agency.
  • Inputting into general management of day-to-day agency relationship:
  • Ensuring all live assets are the most relevant and up to date, in line with team/brand priorities
  • Auditing/reviewing accounts to ensure there are no errors in set up or activation

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Educated to degree level
  • Understanding of basic principles of Performance Media, in particular Paid Search and how it fits into the consumer journey
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, highly numerate
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights drawn from data analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail is a must, with experience in budget management & planning
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • A strong understanding of how to use 3rd party SEM tools such as Kenshoo, Google Analytics & Google Ads
  • Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Some spirits industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
