About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsibility is to own, execute & deliver tangible benefit on Patron by developing, leveraging and converting their relationships with trade to achieve listings, visibility and execute in trade via brand education.
- Leading from example as an ambassador for how Patrón is executed at point of purchase. Ensuring that Patrón Worthy level of programs, drinks experiences, visibility & availability are delivered and maintained in trade (on & off)
- Preparing & sharing key KPI at the monthly review meetings; identifying opportunities to support sales teams within specific accounts, leveraging programs or brand education activity.
- Plan & execute local customer & advocacy plans with excellence in order to deliver against the PATRÓN and Prestige brand promises and potential, in collaboration with the Commercial Execution Manager, delivering against short and long-term commitments.
- Plan, Set & communicate KPI for AVQPAP fundamentals - key ownership of availability, visibility & quality. Oversight on pricing & supply chain in partnership with regional pricing & commercial leads.
- Educate and coach fellow market Primos and customers on the key brand values, education tools and delivery of a Simply Perfect drinks strategy across the On and Off trade channels - engaging virtually and in person as appropriate.
- Utilizing existing and new advocacy tools and platforms they will work side by side with the sales teams to identify new opportunities and accelerate the delivery of the AVQPAP fundamentals.
- You will work with the sales & brand team for internal brand education & communications with support of the Patrón Perfectionists lead
- Lead the planning, delivery & execution of Patrón Perfectionists and Hacienda visits. Be a single point of contact. Aim is to make Perfectionists the most credible bartender program in the country
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Sales or Marketing specialisation.
- Additional professional experience in trade marketing, advocacy specialising in premium spirits will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sales/marketing experience in FMCG or Alcohol and Beverage industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial approach
- Hardworking with attention to details
- Organised and confident
- Positive, passionate, patient with fantastic networking skills
- Comfortable working with numerical analysis and you will be able to draw marketing strategies from them
- Team player, Transparent in your dealings and trustworthy
