About the role
Responsibilities
- Business Partner of Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing and Planning & Logistics organizations. The role is not only to track budget, is mainly to support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to take the right decision in terms of promotions, productivities, efficiencies and innovations.
- Work with multifunctional teams to grow the business and formulating strategies and plans.
- Responsible for the Financial Planning and Reporting, including to ensure policies and right financial principles are applied and followed.
- Lead his team to be a reference for the region and transform it, into a lean, fast and digital organization. That will be able to adapt to the new requirements for the finance area but go even further and transform the team into a key partner of the leadership team.
- Identify opportunities from volume to structure cost, and later deliver them.
- Support the organization in the monthly planning process, but specially in the annual plan. To ensure the right balance between challenging but right targets.
Skills and Experience
- Business Acumen: understanding of the consumer industry.
- Stewardship: knowledge, understanding and spreading
- People oriented: leverage the team, but as well the business partners.
- Analytics: from numbers to insights
- Teamwork: 1+1 > 2
- Business Partner: understanding of the concept and living it.
- Challenge the status quo: look and share opportunities.
- Commitment, working under pressure and tolerance.
- Decision making balance between when to ask for support and when to move forward.
- Experience in Finance Roles, specially: FP&A, Business Partner and Controlling
- Experience leading team
- Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any Finance Related Bachelor degree is a must, Master degree in finance will be considered as a plus
- Systems: Office, SAP or similar, Power BI, Reporting Systems
- Language: Spanish (desired), English and Portuguese
- Ideally experience a Sales Team Business Partner or implementation of new Discounts processes / Rebates
