This is your opportunity to operate as a true strategic partner to Bacardi Mexico business.  You will manage and develop the Planning and Logistics function across the market. You are responsible for the development and execution of a successful and sustainable supply chain strategy to deliver business plan.

Responsibilities

Planning and Logistics Strategy: In line with LAC Supply Chain Strategy, develop and execute a comprehensive product supply strategic plan which will support growth and drive optimal customer engagement and satisfaction together with business profitability. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to challenge and improve our processes with the aim of reducing supply chain complexity, increase supply reliability and agility.  Develop, implement, and influence best practices in the disciplines of Forecasting (S&OP – IBP), inventory management, Custumer Collaboration (CPFR), Logistics and Customer Service.  
Supply Chain Execution: You will collaborate closely with the market team to ensure everyday availability of our products on our customers’ shelves so they can make every moment matter with our vibrant brands. You will be accountable for all the Supply Chain KPIS in Mexico.
o Forecast accuracy / Bias
o Service: OTIF, zero OOS
o Cost: Deep understanding of our cost drivers and how to improve them.

o Write off and Slow movers
Leadership Team: Be an active part of Mexico leadership team, ensuring strong Supply Chain representation and collaboration. Owning your role as an active and vocal member of both LAC Planning and Logistics and Market Leadership Team delivering proactive insights, ideas, solutions, and challenges that amplify the growth and performance of the Market.
Planning and Logistics team organization, efficient teams, and people development: Accountable for Mexico Planning and Logistics organization design, efficient and capable teams, talent upgrade and succession planning. Develop team engagement continuously. Responsible for the team development. (9 members total team with 2 direct reports 1) Supply & Demand Manager 2) Logistics, CPFR & Customer Service Manager). Ensure every team member has a clear and meaningful development plan in place and actively monitor and advance succession plans. 
Customer focus: Collaborate with customers to improve performance and customer service levels via a strong CPFR process and deep understanding of customer ways of working, development opportunities and commercial priorities. Establish policies, procedures, performance metrics, and resource requirements to ensure reliability, speed, convenience, and best perceived value to the customer. 
S&OP: Own the Sales and Operations Planning agenda and the processes critical to deliver improved forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and logistics costs. Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to have a best in class process that allows the business to plan accurately and be aligned on the top initiatives. Provide long term visibility to plan de future product needs (long term demand plan) and partner with the cluster LT to have the right portfolio for our business. 
Distribution/ Route to market: Design the best network and make sure that we have a clear and actionable service offer for our customers to meet their needs and prepare for the future aligned with the business strategy.  
Logistics: 3PL relationship management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible to assess service providers, organize tenders and collaborate with Sourcing  and Legal to make sure that we have the best supplier to 
manage our operation. You will also partner with Sales to improve our service, collaborate with customers and negotiate Logistic Discounts and service offer with our customers. 
Innovation: Participate to the Brand Innovation Process and facilitate the delivery of new products to meet stakeholder expectations. Makes sure innovation plan is in line with Group and Regional rules, and ensure effective coordination is in place with plants to deliver innovation on time. You will lead the design of transition or introduction plans with customers’ Supply Chain to ensure a flawless execution and make sure that our new products are available in all the shelves at the right time. 
Portfolio rationalization and inventory health assurance: Accountable for periodically revising our portfolio in coordination with the regional team, in line with Group and Regional guidelines. Monitor execution including depletion plans development with Sales team to limit write off exposure.
Customers / distributors inventory: Ensure DIOH targets are relevant vs distributor contractual terms and
order lead-time. Monitor stock level against target. In case of deviation, identify root causes and remediation actions.
Quality and Compliance: Responsible for adherence to SOX. Respect the regulations associated with the Supply Chain activities (customs duty, excise, VAT, Strip Stamps, imports, exports).  Control all potential regulatory changes concerning labelling and implement changes, if necessary, in line with the guidance of TRN (Technical Regulatory Network).

Skills and Experience

You have 6+ years of experience in different management roles across Supply Chain including: Planning, Logistics, CPFR, S&OP and Customer Service. 
You have deep understanding of Mexican market dynamics. You have interacted directly with modern and traditional trade customers, and you have experience collaborating with them to improve ways of working, logistics, forecasting, etc. 
You have participated in or led CPFR programs in Mexican modern trade. You have a fair understanding of how replenishment works in the main modern trade customers (Walmart, Chedraui, Oxxo, Soriana) and how to build a collaboration program involving internal and external partners (Customers, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
A deep leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high performance teams. Leadership of both direct teams and matrix / cross functional leadership.
Strong business savvy, full understanding of P&L and the influence of Supply Chain in the financial results of the company.
Ability to build strong trusting partnerships across all stakeholders, systems, and networks to ensure a flawless execution of the day to day work and strategy building.  
You have experience in FMCG companies. Experience in alcohol industry is desirable, but not a must. 
You have a track record of managing 3PLs and driving continuous improvement in their performance – service, quality, and cost. You can also have experience interacting and collaborating with Operations if the logistics was owned by the companies that you have worked for, but you understand the operation and cost drivers and have collaborated to improve it to serve your customers in a cost and service efficient manner. 
You have basic knowledge in international logistics and knowledge on international trading practices, global tax principles and international transportation.
Language skills: Fluent English & Spanish
