About the role

Planning process and technology specialist role is part of the Global Demand & Supply team that owns end to end global planning processes and tools to support the business. 

The role will focus on helping drive the company forward in supply chain digitalization, define and implement best practices in processes, tools, technologies and platforms for end to end planning. 

The specialist will also perform analyse and manage Global Supply Chain end to end KPI tracker with continuous improvement work to drive high performance. 

Responsibilities

Global Planning Team –Areas of Responsibility
  • Performance Management Planning Analyst:
  • Key player in company’s transition for planning digitalization
  • Best Practices Processes & Tools (Demand planning, Production planning, Capacity planning, Out Of Stock,
  • Inventory, Slow Movers, etc)
  • Support and develop technologies and platforms (ie SAP) for Suppy Chain Planning Business Processes and lead enhancement requests to improve the system and ensure propor reporting
  • Global Supply Chain end to end KPI management (OOS, Inventory DIOH, slow movers, write off, etc)
  • Owner for Planning & System toolkit (BOA expert, SAP alerts, Controls, Training, etc)
  • Material/Production Planning community support
  • Continuous Improvement activities
  • System and process training

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent technical skills including but not limited to SAP ECC/APO, BOA, advanced Excel and other AI systems
  • Passione for IT systems and new technologies
  • Digitalization experience
  • Project Management Skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, written & presentation skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions for corrective action
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Listening and influencing skills.
Work Experience:
  • Experience with SAP, BOA, advance analytics in Excel or similar platform, Power BI, etc
  • Experience in a production, logistics or supply chain environment Company (Minimum 3 years)
  • Planning experience (Demand, Supply, Production etc.)
  • Experience in improving business via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporation of
  • available systems technologies.
  • Experience in project management and/or system implements (SAP).
Education: Bachelor degree in Operations, Logistics, International Management, Supply Chain
Language Skills: Fluent English; Other local languages an asset
