The on-trade prestige market is one of our fastest growing and most important channels - as a strategic pillar for growth, we are focused on bringing huge innovation across brand, quality, serve and experience.

You will be front and centre - forming and driving our strategy as we continue to excite consumers and stretch what is possible in this hugely exciting channel.

You will own the account management and new business focus within the London prestige market, using your knowledge and passion for the sector to achieve commercial success and sustainable customer partnerships.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture industry influencers through excellent customer relationship
  • To develop best in class outlet execution to promote outlet and brand loyalty above and beyond POS
  • To develop winning 360 degree account plans with prioritised customers - to execute best in class commercial brand plans to share codified best practice ways of working
  • Work closely with other functions such as Field Sales Execution, Sales Planning, Sales, Finance & Marketing to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed Bacardi Sales KPI’s and targets
  • Ensure amazing execution of key marketing activities in outlets
  • Analyse and process promotional activities & budgets, incorporating ROI analysis
  • Provide input for the development of customer plans brand plans in prioritizing investments and evaluating programs
  • Monitor and administer the promotional budgets, detect deviations for the assigned customers / channels
  • Accountable for brand execution within the Exclusive Specialist customer base
  • Support and inspire other Prestige / Specialist colleagues to step change executional excellence and customer management.

  • Sales/commercial experience, which could come from account management, new business, brand, ambassadorial or activation.
  • Experience of leading cross functional projects
  • Evidence of developing highly effective and sustainable trading terms
  • Evidence of success with key industry influencers/buyers and opinion formers within London
  • Experience of innovation projects within London
