About the role

Procure to Pay (PTP) COE analysts are involved in the day-to-day operations for the company. This role involves multitasking and coordinating with management, as well as managing external and internal communications. You will work with local and global teams to coordinate and complete a number of ongoing accounting related matters, in addition to managing ongoing vendor relationships. This role requires a high degree of organization, as it will also include coordinating between the Commercial and Marketing teams, as well as our business partners across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
  • Responsible for managing the Purchase Order process from end to end
  • Follow up on timeliness creation of GR (Good Receipt) for the corresponding Purchase Orders
  • Daily contact with budget owners for financial commitments and any other support related with the PTP process
  • Liaison to North America Procurement and GBS Costa Rica
  • Drive process efficiencies
  • Monitor and generate actions to improve or maintain the good performance of the PTP KPI’s
  • First point of contact for budget owners with PTP questions
  • Assist in the development of training materials for budget owners and provide training sessions
  • Raise tickets to resolve issues, to add or remove SRM users, etc.
  • Create/change vendor master data requests and to coordinate the execution with MDG 
  • Monitor accuracy of master data
  • Support with process controls, internal and external audit

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Previous AP or / and procurement experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment
  • Good understanding of internal controls, standards and processes to ensure data integrity
  • Ability to identify root cause issues and develop plans to resolve
  • Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • IT Skills: Experience with SAP and SRM are a plus
  • Graduate degree or relevant work experience in comparable role
