About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of designs, controls and project specifications, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.
- Identify, develop, and collect the resources needed to complete the project.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; and selection of materials, equipment, project personnel, and outside contractors.
- Follow up on training plans, education and evaluations of the personnel under their responsibility, ensuring their participation in the required programs and practical applications in your area of work.
- Comply with the provisions of comprehensive waste management, management of hazardous chemicals, emergency response and identify the environmental aspects and impacts of the area.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum experience of 5 years in Development, Communication and Implementation of Engineering Projects (extensions, Design, Redesign, Demand, Final Product).
- Minimum of 5 years in Personnel Administration.
- Advanced Management in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced Knowledge in Design, Development and Implementation of Engineering Projects.
- Advanced knowledge in engineering standards, safety, designs and work specifications.
- Advanced knowledge in budgets and forecasts.
- Team Worker, Effective Communicator.
- Efficient adaptation to change, with great innovation and results-oriented.
- You must be a person capable of planning and have an excellent organization.
- Being able to develop staff, resolve conflicts, negotiate, analyze problems and make decisions
