About the role

The Revenue Growth Management Coordinator ensures that right product with the right pack is in the right place at the right price.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to
  • Ensure right product with the right pack in the right place at the right price.
  • Determine optimal pricing points across channels based on consumer insights, competitive set behavior and finance indicators. Calculate price elasticity. Ensure Global Pricing Guideline adherence.
  • Price, promotion and discount tracking to generate post-mortem analysis which help and guide business decisions.
  • Lead analysis to improve brand-pack-channel mix optimization to drive NSV and GP per case. Evaluate portfolio opportunities to improve our market share and maximize A&P.
  • Maintain and continuously improve market data visibility to better understand the current competitive environment, white spaces and revenue opportunities.
  • Business partner of Marketing and Customer Marketing. Support the teams with the right numbers and analysis, specially during the annual plan.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by providing agile and timely information to contribute with action plans for continuous improvement and be prepared to challenge the status quo

Personal Qualities
  • Bachelor on Economics, Actuary, Engineering, Finance or related
  • Revenue Growth Management or Commercial Finance experience
  • Proven statistical ability (regression models, correlations analysis, forecast, etc.)
  • Experience in F&B industry or massive consumption market
  • Systems: Advanced Office, Power BI and Reporting Systems. 
  • Previous experience in Nielsen (RIE and Scantrack), ISCAM o IWSR are a plus.
  • Negotiation, leadership and communication skills
  • Language: Spanish and English
