About the role
- Working across function and geography, gathering and analyzing data, to generate insights leading to net revenue and gross profit increases through the application of RGM practices
- Building and developing RGM capabilities across the region, and creating and sharing RGM best practices that enables us to Identify, Get and Keep rate per case increases across all RGM levers
Responsibilities
- Drive results & excellence in execution by embedding RGM best practices across the region, for example – consistent tracking & optimisation of consumer & trade prices as well as promotional initiatives, implementation of trade terms optimisation frameworks, active management of mix
- Help shape resource allocation by local marketing and commercial teams in line with strategy
- Lead implementation of RGM initiatives across AMEA markets and clusters to deliver incremental gross profit vs plan by supporting teams in roll out of Global RGM tools & methodologies
- In doing so, act as a project manager overseeing aspects from setting and committing to scope and deadlines, assigning and monitoring team responsibilities, consistently summarizing progress and preparing reports for regional leadership teams
- Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, building a sense of community and positive competition that shares and recognizes best practices
- Develop and maintain actionable analyses and reports to drive understanding of profitability across all relevant dimensions: channels, customer, brand and SKUs to support commercial decision making. Develop and maintain value-chain analyses to enable commercial decision making about pricing, discounting, channel strategy, and route-to-consumer efficiency.
- Act as a key member of the Bacardi Global RGM Community, contributing to Global RGM initiatives and best practice sharing
- Develop RGM skills on commercial partnership and knowledge of Bacardi company history and culture
Skills and Experience
- 4-7 years of experience working for FMCG and/or multinational companies
- Solid experience in Revenue Growth Management or in strategic areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining financial and commercial acumen with a solid analytical background
- Strong communication and influencing skills to make the necessary impact with leaders across the organisation as well as key functional stakeholders and teams
- Process Management experience: designing process improvements and responsible for disciplined delivery
- Project Management experience: ability to coordinate strategic projects
- Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance. Post-graduate qualification desirable
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical profile, with clear and action-oriented communication
- Ability to deliver tangible results upon high-level goals
- Ability to lead by influence
- Matrix stakeholder management
