About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive RGM & Performance management analyst to perform strategic financial planning and controlling to achieve target within Bacardi Korea.
RGM & Performance management analyst is actively participating to SAP Record to Report implementation with other Bacardi departments.
This role is responsible for forecasting/ planning by development activities into financial statement and variance analysis (Vs Budget/ Forecast/ LY) by providing rolling forecast of Revenue, cogs, SG&A. Developing proper reports for internal stakeholders and communicating with each function effectively.

To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with limited supervision. Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects with a good attention to details.
Good communicator, a team player, with good interpersonal skills. Able to deal with confidential issues, if applicable. Positive and fearless attitude.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

I. Financial Reporting
  • Take part in month-end closing activities in accordance with closing schedule in some area
  • Ensure key financial data reported in compliance with reporting requirement
  • Variance analysis for each financial KPIs 
  • Correspond to ad-hoc reporting requests from managements 

II. Financial planning and Forecasting
  • Actively participate for planning and forecast with finance manager under the guidance of regional and global finance requirement including effective communications to all teams and driving scheduled activities
  • Submission of Plan and forecast data into the system correctly and timely manner
  • Ad-hoc such as CAPEX, Deck preparation of business review meeting 
  • Budget/ Forecast controls including cost and expense analysis to support departments to manage spending

III. SAP implementation support with Accounting and Finance manger
  • Record to Report implementation (BI) : Check actual F/S properly produced
  • Order to cash: Clear understand of Trading cost by channel by actively participate overall procedure setup with non-finance team, SAP consultants
  • Purchase to Pay: (Implemented process) : just understand transaction and flow to correctly reflecting planning/ forecasting with variance analysis

Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • +/-6 years relevant experience as an FP&A experience
  • Bachelor of business Administration preferred
  • Prefer to have SAP, TM1 experience
