About the role

What does a regional RGM Sr. Analyst Do?

This position will report directly to the regional RGM Director LATAM, working closely with local RGM teams. Being responsible to build and develop best in class RGM Advanced Analytics and “Advanced Analytics” solutions. The analyst will start to build this new area and way of working, developing the main capabilities to LATAM. 
This person will lead Local and Regional projects, with Global exposition and partnering; also supporting Data Harmonization and Governance according to the evolution of our Data Lake

Your ability to combine an advanced analytical approach that unfolds granular details and untap profitable growth opportunities while standardizes operationally sustainable metrics of success and BI dashboards across the region will be key to deliver while in this position.

Responsibilities

With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Drive bottom line results by delivering RGM insights, based on complex data analytics that support business planning & Execution Excellence in Price to Consumer, Trade Investment and Promotional initiatives.
  • Shape how the local RGM and BI teams should collect and organize data to enable our Analytics Transformation increasing efficiency, agility and scalability of internal analytical tools and reporting
  • Create new RGM models by partnering with data engineers and data scientists in the development of new analytical models and tools that will be used to diagnose and course-correct business performance
  • Expand our RGM capabilities by being constantly updated on internal and external Data Analytics best practices

Skills and Experience

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy:
  • Experience working in Business Intelligence or Analytics areas
  • Experience in designing and developing tools (eg Power BI / Tableau) that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access, visualize and update
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and prescriptive analytics
  • Basic knowledge, but highly interested, in data modelling, data engineering and data science
  • Capable of effectively communicating insights from complex data with both peers and executives
  • Curious to learn how the delivered analyses turn into recommendations by commercial and finance stakeholders
  • Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in RGM or in commercial analytical areas is not mandatory but could be a differential
  • Advanced English
