About the role

What does a Regional Account Manager do?
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the On Trade business plan in your area with full accountability and achieve results while hunting for new business & increase ROS in our existing universe.
  • You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’s presence in all relevant outlets in your area
  • You will bring our brands to life by building brilliant and strategic relationships and working in partnership with our customers
  • You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through searching for new business, driving distribution and connecting with the consumer.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share)
  • Deliver on Pictures of Success (PoS) targets for your area in partnership with customers / distributor to deliver excellence in execution.
  • Implement the field plan for your area based on delivery of Commercial priorities and the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
  • Manage territory / channel / account performance on a monthly/quarterly basis, working with customers / distributors to ensure delivery of forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard
  • Deliver impact from customer and purchaser programs agreed in the Country IAP, managing resources and capacity against KPIs and territory targets
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with On Trade customers, key stakeholders & distributors
  • Communicate effectively with customers to seek inputs for product and service improvement and resolve issues
  • Manage the budget assigned to your customers and/or area

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Commercial experience in account management and/or marketing role
  • Demonstrable track record implementing sales plans, delivering Commercial priorities and country integrated activation plan 
  • Well-developed commercial acumen, P&L understanding, and strong understanding of managing the Bacardi scorecard on territory, channel and account performance 
  • Good strategic and analytical skills
  • Well-developed communication / presentation skills and strong networking and interpersonal skills
