About the role

Your Opportunity

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for delivering the agreed sales targets in the region.

About You 
  • Know yourself, and your areas for improvement, and more importantly your strengths and work to leverage those
  • Know the on-trade in Sweden well, in particular your regions, and understand the various stakeholder’s agendas; Bar Owner, Bar Manager and Bar tender
  • Have proven experience of sales in the on-trade channel
  • Are self-propelled, fearless, and have a genuine desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Have a clear drive and a proven track record of creating outstanding results
  • Are determined to win, and doing it the ‘right’ way (i.e. according to our Values)
  • Are a team player
  • Are naturally curious and have a true drive to continuously improve

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Execution of the Swedish commercial strategy in the on-trade channel
  • Implementation of the Picture of Success model in the on-trade
  • Contracting key on-trade customers to sell our brands
  • Drive visibility in the on-trade through Point of Sales materials
  • Educate bartenders in perfect serve cocktail making
  • Educate wholesalers in knowledge on our core categories
  • Supporting key on-trade customers to increase rotation of our brands via promotions and events
  • Tracking Customer execution in Sales Force Automation tool
  • Execution of commercial projects, such as Impacting Purchasing Decisions

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of on-trade field sales experience required
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
    • Good Understanding of English
    • Intermediate in other Scandinavian Languages
