About the role

Your Opportunity

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the WEUR team as Supply Chain Finance Business Partner. In this role you will be responsible for leading world class Performance Management across the EEURA region working cross-functionally as the go to person on multiple aspects of Finance and Global Operations.

The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner will collaborate with WEUR SC Leadership team and will be responsible to drive Supply Chain Finance performance.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Be the finance business partner for WEUR SC Leadership team and challenge team and status quo in fast moving environment.
  • Value Creation Program: partnered with country leaders to identify, implement and execute any savings opportunity. Monitor and control projects progress and share update to Global Supply Chain
  • Lead world class SC performance management by providing Insights to improve, reduce and optimize SC spend. Be accountable for seamless planning and reporting process.
  • Partner with Regional S&OP to ensure working capital target is delivered by improving quality of insights to provide best in class fact-based decisions.
  • Manage and monitor markets write off in accordance with Global Supply Chain guideline. Align markets needs and harmonize write off risk management.
  • Provide regular R&O to business partners.
  • Propose and implement more simple, agile, efficient ways of working by streamlining reporting and planning process.

  • Analytical skills/problems solving: Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data to predict business performance.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Able to deliver insightful and relevant message depending on stakeholders.
  • Able to work in Matrix Organization: Able to manage various stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Working knowledge of POWER BI and SAP is a plus
  • English is a must and other language is a plus.
