Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Manage call file of 350+ outlets and partner with them to find solutions to excite and delight their consumers
  • Increase distribution and menu placement of our premium portfolio
  • Ensure strong brand availability and visibility across our UK hot circuits in all On Trade outlets
  • Increase brand awareness through tactical activations by putting the consumer at the heart
  • Hunt, seek out and generate new business leads for our teams to convert into contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with Field, Regional Chains, National Chains and our Advocacy teams to win the On Trade 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements) 
  • Good knowledge of the on trade and spirits either through a consumer lens or bartender knowledge  
  • Strong (social) networking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time managements skills
  • Well-developed communication / presentation skills (Active Listening) 
  • Apply creative thinking
Personal Qualities
  • Looking for the right candidate to join the business and use this role as a steppingstone to catapult their career within a global family run spirits business
  • Knowledge of the drinks industry from the bar or consumer side are preferred but not essential, this can be taught. We are looking for someone who has a 10/10 attitude to learn, a hunger to win and demonstrates attention to detail
  • You will need to be a new business machine who has their finger on the pulse when it comes to hunting out and seeking new business opportunities within the on trade. This is essential for the role
  • You must be self-motivated, ambitious, and confident with your approach to the day-to-day role
  • You must be willing to travel around the UK and be flexible to relocate if successful within the role
  • You are pro-active, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering results and constantly seek to improve
  • You create strong positive first impressions and easily build those into great relationships with our clients
  • You find it easy to understand the needs of others and build those into innovative solutions that delight consumers and customers and deliver bottom line results
  • You demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges and staying calm under pressure 
  • You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, looking for new ways to achieve better results
