About the role

Get ready to be the “Digital Acceleration Leader” of the French Market !  You will be accountable for excellence in execution across the digital touchpoints of the CxF, where digital marketing and digital commerce come together with strong support from the Region/Global.  You will lead the local Digital Front Line Council to ensure the Market is accelerating on the 5 x JTBDs and you will partner with the Region/ Global to develop current primos into digital monsters.
You will work with marketing and sales to win in ‘culture & commerce’ by guiding & validating local Digital media plans (Consumer & Customer) ensuring that we also have the optimal content on the most effective channels so consumers See/Think/Do/Care about our brands at most efficient cost.
As the digital champion, you will be a key partner to the Local Leadership team & the Region’s digital acceleration community.  This role is a key change agent, essential to execute Best10 and beyond, and the opportunity to leave a tangible business legacy.

You don’t take ‘no’ for an answer.  You are passionate about digital and already have proven expertise in digital marketing and commerce with strong analytical skills.  You love the creative friction that comes from working cross functions and borders.  You know that Digital is not a department, it is part of ever primos job.

  • Best in class digital execution & connectivity across local marketing & commerce 
  • Lead the local Digital Front Line Council to drive progress on the 5 JTBDs (capabilities, integrated marketing, digital commerce, leveraging digital tools, local test & learn initiatives) 
  • Ensuring that local primos are completing the digital learning initiatives and applying that learning in their work 
  • Develop M&E culture on digital including monthly reporting on digital marketing & commerce progress to LT
  • Guide & validate local digital media plans (Consumer & Customer) in partnership with Region/Global to deliver seamless consumer journeys and tangible business & commerce outcomes
  • Partner with brand marketing/Region,/Global to support deployment of best in class Social & digital Influencer marketing through fixing basics and /or rolling out Global initiatives like Social Studios
  • Act as SPOC for content gaps in Commerce & Consumer 
  • Partner with Region/Global and local marketing to ensure ambitious 1PD collect and retarget plans in place  
  • Identify and enable new opportunities from digital technology to drive efficiency/effectiveness eg On Trade 121 email marketing, leverage of existing tools etc
  • Share and spin new initiatives to Region/other Clusters through DFLC network and marketing/digital commerce teams

Skills and Experience

  • Proven growth mindset with strong change management and leadership skills
  • Deep knowledge and experience working across the digital ecosystem: i) organic social & search; ii) digital media (from streaming services to paid search and paid social and everything in between); iii) web-site performance; iv) digital commerce + omnichannel; v) first party data (Acquisition, management and activation)
  • 5-10 years of broad marketing & sales experience with a track record of creating exceptional value based on consumer and customer insights 
  • Effective analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights/actions/business value
