About the role

Your Opportunity

This exciting new role in the Brand Homes team is all about improving service and growth. In addition to our onsite Gin Shop we have several new and fast developing e-commerce opportunities.

Our Retail Supervisor is at the frontline of our Brand Home, working closely with the management team. Engaging with the team and customers to ensure the highest level of service is delivered. Improving and assisting with e-commerce fulfilment and development.

About You

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Engaging with customers and maintaining exemplary customer service standards, supervising a team and promoting a culture of exceeding expectations.
  • Implement stock control systems and procedures, support auditing and looking for continuous ways to improve.
  • Maintain a high level of visual appearance, supporting merchandising and reacting to change of sales trends.
  • Achieve KPI targets relating to visitor experience, operational efficiency and income. 
  • Demonstrate and improve effective sales skills and exceptional product knowledge across the team.
  • Assist with new product development and existing improvement.
  • Observe and analyze sales behavior both onsite and online, analyzing data and providing feedback on ways in which the customer experience could be improved.
  • Assist with the training and development of new starters and existing Primos.
  • Ensuring that work is carried out following the highest of standard relating to cleanliness, Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Licensing laws.
  • Assist and lead E-Commerce fulfilment and relevant administrative roles.
  • Duty Management of the business on a rotational basis, including cash handling, safety and customer care.
  • Support and improve back-end systems and assist with handling of EPOS, emails, customer queries, etc.
  • Lead retail in the absence of the Retail Manager.

  • Commercial by nature and detailed in execution, inspiring those around you to approach existing and new initiatives with a commercial mindset, putting the bottom line at the heart of every decision you make.
  • Experience of working in a busy and physically demanding role.
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times, even under pressure.
  • Experience of cash handling and using a till / POS system.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize very different work streams. 
  • Confident with basic IT skills and operating systems

  • Attention to detail and desire to deliver high standards.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, abilities to work both with a team and individually.
