About the role

What does a Cluster Revenue Growth Management Analytics Coordinator do?

The two main deliverables that make this role vital for the organization are:
  1. the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple and complex data sources, to generate insights that lead to net revenue increase through the application of RGM practices and pillars
  2. the ability to build, develop and share best in class RGM initiatives that enables us to Set, Get and Keep price as well as to optimize mix and Trade Investments across the WEST LAC cluster (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela)

About You 

Your ability to combine an advanced analytical approach that unfolds granular details and untap profitable growth opportunities while standardizes operationally sustainable metrics of success and BI dashboards across the cluster will be key to deliver while in this position. key, as will be your aptitude to influence in a matrix structure, especially local Marketing and Commercial leadership teams.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Drive action and excellence in execution of business opportunities through collaboration with commercial and marketing teams and the use of data driven insights.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to support business planning regarding Price Optimization, Trade Spend effectiveness and Promotional efficiencies.
  • Shape how the local marketing and commercial teams allocate resources by delivering actionable insights and recommendations within the global Trade Terms & Promotion Optimization frameworks
  • Coordinate the implementation of RGM initiatives across the cluster that deliver incremental Earnings to budget, by with analyses & tools and consistently reporting KPIs progress for leadership teams
  • Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools, bringing insights, promoting recommendations and action plans to the cluster.
  • Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, by delivering the analyses that identify regional best practices to be recognized by leadership team
  • Educate field on proprietary RGM analytical tools to generate value added insights.
  • Lead ad hoc revenue management related projects with local market and distributor teams.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management or in analytical areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining advanced analytical skills with an understanding of the big picture
  • Experience in designing and developing BI tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access and update
  • Experience in presenting complex internal (topline) and external (eg Nielsen) analyses to leadership teams in recurring and adhoc agendas
  • Experience in delivering RGM analyses and recommendations to multidisciplinary commercial and finance teams
  • Professional in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
