About the role

What does an RGM do?

The two main deliverables that make this role vital for the organization are: 1) the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple and complex data sources, to generate insights that lead to net revenue increase through the application of RGM practices 2) the ability to build and develop best in class RGM BI tools that enables us to Set, Get, Keep and Track price as well as to optimize mix and Trade Investments across the country.

Your ability to combine an advanced analytical approach that unfolds granular details and untap profitable growth opportunities while standardizes operationally sustainable metrics of success and BI dashboards across the region will be key to deliver while in this position. The thirst and potential for progressive challenges within the organization in leadership roles is essential.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Drive bottom line results & Excellence in execution by delivering RGM insights based on complex data analytics that support business planning and implementations results process regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment and Promotional initiatives.
  • Shape how the local marketing and commercial teams allocate resources by using BI tools that grant easy access to actionable insights within the global/regional Trade Terms & Promotion Optimization frameworks.
  • Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across channels, that deliver incremental EFO to Budget through analysis & tools, consistently tracking and reporting KPIs progress for Regional leadership team.
  • Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, by delivering the analysis that identify regional best practices to be recognized by leadership team.
  • Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools and bringing insights into impacts on the marketing strategy and gross margin, promoting recommendations and action plans to the clusters within regional results review process.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies
  • Experience in RGM or in analytical areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining advanced analytical skills with understanding the big picture
  • Experience in using BI tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access and update
  • Experience in presenting complex internal (topline) and external (eg Nielsen) analysis to leadership teams in recurring and ad hoc agendas
  • Experience in delivering Financial / RGM analysis and recommendations to multidisciplinary commercial and finance teams
  • Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance - Post desirable
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese
