With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Prepare, report, and submit demand plan in  close co-operation with Commercial Team
  • Lead S&OP meetings according to S&OP calendar,
  • Deliver improved forecast accuracy in order to reduce inventory days and optimize logistics costs while maintaining best in class customer service level.
  • Evolve and maintain documentation and standard procedures for demand planning (processes and systems)
  • Collaborate with Supply Planners in replenishment process, solve supply chain related availability issues
  • Manage New Product Development projects including master data maintenance as well as run in/out plans  
  • Internal and External Reporting 
  • Manage common issues / anomalies in order to cash process
  • Manage and develop Customer Service Team 
  • Manage cross functional / collaborative projects with Clients

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience (within S&OP / IBP, demand planning, inventory planning etc.) 
  • High level of technical expertise, understanding supply chain processes and information flow through in S&OP/ planning process
  • Min 2 years of experience in successfully leading and developing direct reports
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills to analyze data and prepare forecasts.
  • Strong business and planning acumen
  • Functional Skills: Project management, planning process, market data analysis, report preparation and analysis
  • Detail oriented, precise and accurate
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and matrix environment
  • Ability to challenge internal stakeholders, mainly Commercial to provide accurate data on time 
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Good written and verbal communication & presentation skills 
  • Technical Skills: SAP, IBP, ERP, Reporting tool, advanced Excel 
  • Proactive and strong customer-oriented mindset
