About the role
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the business administration of current key commercial information system Amalia and for the expansion of new functionality .
- Own and manage our Sales Force Automation (SFA) Amalia Tool in the On trade -including all system administration, field sales support, and central reporting.
- Collect ongoing feedback from the end-users of the tools to identify pain points and understand how they could be improved.
- Create strong relationship with Bacardi Tech in order to communicate improvement opportunities to existing tools and well as new needs from the region.
- Deliver training and supporting material for new and existing users.
- Act as a single point of contact for the end-users of the tools.
- Participate in a global community of sales admins, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities that exist in the tools that can be exploited for the markets.
- Key tasks that are expected:
- Ticket management: open and tracking
- Master data maintenance/cleaning (in articulation with MDG)
- Definition of assortments and upload/maintenance of concepts images
- Segment accounts
- Setup territories and targets
- Managing orders and orders quotas
- Translations
- Approval process definition for contracts & approvers
- Testing, troubleshooting, training, onboarding, evangelizing, etc.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Big Data and Analytics or similar.
- Nice to have experience in an environment with FMCG systems.
- Nice to have experience in IT Sales analysis or similar is considered a plus.
- Communicate verbally and written in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Experience in dealing with commercial teams and senior management is a plus.
- Experience in working with IT/ commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.
- Knowledge in SAP Customer and Materials Master Data is considered a plus.
- Knowledge in Reporting Tools such as Power BI is valuable.
- Advanced PC user (MS Office, Excel, VBA, Access).
