About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You will be responsible for providing support for commercial departments in the form of timely, correct, and comprehensive reports, analysis and recommendations as well as required applications supporting business development in Kazakhstan.

You well understand business processes and their impact on profits, you are ready to develop and inspire people to achieve high results that bring success to the company. You are experienced user of Microsoft, have experience with SQL and have experience of programming in Microsoft Excel Visual Basic. You are focused on the result and enjoy your work.

Responsibilities

1. SQL database and OLAP-cube support (as the basis for generating all sales reports (sell-in / sell-out), plans, forecasts, stocks, etc.), including loading:
  • data on primary / secondary sales into SQL through pre-installed templates
  • forecasts, plans, budgets
  • stocks of distributors / sub-distributors
  • support for the existing hierarchical structure of channels / clients
2. Preparation and support of periodic sales reports, including Weekly Sales Report, Monthly Sales Report, Price Monitoring, Forecast Accuracy, etc.
3. Collection and consolidation of sell-out forecasts by channels / regions
4. Analysis and forecasting of demand as the basis for operating activities
5. Demand forecasting and analysis of sales by countries shipped through the logistics platform in Kazakhstan (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.)
6. Preparing and holding a Sales Overview meeting
7. Preparation of analytical information by request for different meetings
8. Being informed about all current projects, monitoring the timing of their implementation, and coordinating responses to requests
9. Support an efficient and easy-to-use workflow system

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in analyzing a big data 
  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports
  • Commerce experience at FMCG will be a plus
  • Understanding key business processes and their impact on profits
  • Advanced user of PC (Excel: pivot tables, formulas, diagrams; PowerPoint)
  • Experience of work with SQL
  • Experience of programming in Microsoft Excel Visual Basic
  • Work experience with Nielsen and SAP is desirable 
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
