Your Opportunity

You will be acting on behalf of a Finance Business Partner supporting our commercial teams with financial insights for effective decision making. Your Job will not only be to ensure the accuracy of our financials but also to enable a continuous flow of financial information and analyses to our internal stakeholders. By continuously improving our processes you will help us to work as efficient as possible.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to bring an extended knowledge in finance, the necessary accuracy & structural thinking. A result driven attitude with an ambitious vision and personal goal setting will bring your own characteristic goals in this function.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

Support & Excel in execution
  • Provide ongoing support and evaluation of actual performance against targets to ensure timely decision making
  • Create reportings and presentations that drive business insights
  • Provide analyses for ad hoc requests based on our financials & market knowledge
  • Support the monthly and quarterly closing process
  • Back up our business case creation for NPDs
  • Support SOX controls around SDS related topics, specifically around Rebates Management
  • Support around compliance toward Bacardi policies and procedures which are Sales related
  • Work closely with the shared service centre and other stakeholders to ensure that the P&L correctly reflects reality
Gaining insights into:
  • P&L structure
  • Financial planning and closing cycle
  • Business case creation
  • Project implementation

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • University degree in Business/Economics
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Good analytical skills paired with structured working methods
  • Strong accuracy and reliability
  • Capable of communicating precisely, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Team player with hands on mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP/ ECC and BI
  • Fluent in German and English
