About the role
Responsibilities
- Scope and drive creation of digital solutions, email campaigns, email reporting, and data integration.
- Work with Product Owner, BAs & other technology architects on validation and feasibility of marketing, and technical requirements in order to craft a comprehensive and scalable solution.
- Participate on product scrums
- Architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated interactions / campaigns.
- Create standards and processes to help accelerate implementations and improve quality through the use of SFMC
- Proactively identify and resolve problems on campaigns and integrations.
- Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
- Act as a consultant and SME on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate on integration and maintenance of PIM & DAM as external systems (InRiver/Bynder)
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with RRD Marketing Solutions standards and policies, and with industry best practices.
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (in particular Audience/Advertising/Social Studio), and Datorama
- Experience executing complex email campaign automations in SFMC
- SFMC Email Specialist/Consultant/Developer Certifications
- Experience in leading SFMC implementations and integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate detailed technical concepts to mixed audiences
- Solid understanding of:
- Solution design and architecture
- Data management, segmentation, and ETL best practices
- Scripting and query development
- Web analytics / GA36
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
- Good planning, organizing, and analytic abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, highly organized with ability to meet internal deadlines.
