• At all times adhere to Safety, Quality and Sustainability requirements at all Bacardi sites.  
• Ensure the Spirit Quality of all brands in the portfolio through adherence to the recipes, specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. 
• Working with the Blenders Team and wider Spirit Supply team to achieve the objectives of UK Operations Centre and the wider Bacardi business. 
• Document, request and track samples required for Single Malts, Premium blends and Compass Box, and any New Product Development work.
• Organise Duty Payment when required.
• Set out all samples for nosing, including New Make Spirit.
• Transfer results to LIMS.
• Organise the Sample Room to ensure that relevant samples are prepared for nosing and passed to the lab for any testing that may be required.
• Participate in training on Casks and assessment of casks etc.
• Participate in training on assessment of finished product and new make spirit.
• Participate in DRAMS training as required. 

• Competent user of Microsoft Excel.  
• Excellent Data Collection, Planning and Reporting Skills   
• Education to Degree level or equivalent Science/Technical based degree. 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
