About the role
- Scholarship of £5,000 p.a. for up to 3 years while completing your studies.
- Each award is paid to you in two instalments and will be net of tax (we pay the tax for you!)
- To continue to receive the annual scholarship award, up to a maximum of 3 times (i.e. 3 years of university), you will need to:
- Achieve A or B grade (or equivalent) scores
- Complete paid work placements at our operations sites (generally 8-12 weeks each year to happen during your University holiday periods)
- Ensure you keep to the appointments/development goals as agreed-upon with your appointed Bacardi mentor.
- At the end of the award(s) period there is no requirement to pay back any of the money to Bacardi but we may both decide there is a longer-term opportunity in the Bacardi family, with the possibility of transitioning into our three-year rotational Graduate Programme.

- As part of Bacardi’s BEST10 strategy, the consumer is at the heart of our business and one thing that is extremely important to Bacardi and the consumer is how we re-use or recycle our materials. During COVID-19 many of our consumers have moved to purchasing our brands via digital channels and online, which impacts the amount of packaging materials that are required to distribute our products. Please tell us about the different ways we can reduce our packaging waste and increase recyclability of the products we sell within the digital space, to maintain the same level of standards expected by Bacardi?
