About the role
Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and functional specifications development
- Plan, Build and Run your solution to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements
- Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications (ERP services mainly) to support the business processes (implementation and/or change)
- Assist in developing solutions
- Review Functional Specifications
- Measure and communicate key performance metrics for your solution- analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement
- Create and execute test plans to ensure that the functional and business requirements are met by the provided solution
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle
- Train super users/end-users on established programs
- Ensure project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs
- Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope assigned
- Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources
- Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your solution
- Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users
- Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you
- Activities/Projects assigned to you are successfully delivered (On Cost, and On Time, On Scope)
- You demonstrate the capacity of creating the perfect link between Global Logistic &Trading Service and business
- You are recognized by business as a valuable partner to clarify and to configure requirements in the system for all Logistic & Trading topics
Skills and Experience
- Good Business Knowledge - Understand the business process design, especially in the area of Logistics and Intercompany
- Deep knowledge of our solution technology, especially SAP MM, SD and WM
- Experience in creating, modifying specifications and configurations to meet specified requirements
- Experience developing and executing integrated test plans
- Experience communicating technical solutions to the business
- Experience working effectively in a cross functional team Possess data analysis skills
- Experience with a System development lifecycle methodology
- Experience/exposure to different markets dynamics / specificities / cultures
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in English language skills
