Collaborative relationships define you. You will have strong data analysis experience, seeking to support commercial business & marketing teams for strategic decision making across global markets. You are someone who pays attention to detail and who can collaborate to influence and reach viable agreements with stakeholders. You thrive in learning about new technologies and how you can operate and stabilize them to make successful business outcomes.

This global role can be based and performed from our office in Barcelona, Spain or Manila, the Philippines.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

•        To be a Senior Analyst providing support for our commercial & marketing Power BI tools/IT Solutions across Bacardi
•        Provide Impeccable Application Support Management and Continuous Improvement Regionally/Globally in line with SLA’s and ITIL principles
Work closely with key business partners, application services and third parties/vendors to ensure service excellence, providing effective & progressive incident management/resolution for level 3 issues, driving the business forward 
Define an appropriate level of knowledge transfer for changes in the Global Applications that will impact application support
Act as a business super user and trainer to establish best practices with respect to deployed IT commercial solutions
Nurture relationship with Managers, IT Services, and Business Partners
Ensure delivery of month end critical tasks, and data reporting on time to stakeholders to support the business on managing risks and opportunities

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

Business data analysis experience in a commercial sector (alternatively marketing function) for FMCG, spirits, food & drink, pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated goods
Proficient system skills in PowerBI (or equivalent), Azure and SQL are a must, with knowledge of Asseco and/ or but not essential
Ability to identify and improve business process inefficiencies with a positive approach
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a changing environment, with excellent organizational and project management abilities
Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools a plus
Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance testing
Fluency in English is mandatory; further languages of Spanish, French and/or German are a plus
