About the role

Your Opportunity

Sitting on the Senior Leadership team you will be the Strategic Technology partner for North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, and will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the technology portfolio and operations.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

As part of the leadership team in NAM & LAC, your role will be to drive clarity by:
  • Build relationships and understand your regions business partners needs
  • Identifying and prioritize those needs
  • Articulate a value proposition to meet those needs.
  • Build stakeholders engagement around the proposed solution 
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the solution, establishing measures of success and driving adoption.
  • Be the escalation point of any performance issues or service outages 
As part of the Technology Team, your role will be to consistently improve service delivery by:
  • Share your business partners needs and represent their interest within the Technology function
  • Own the delivery of the technology plan for the region and ensure alignment/adoption by the leadership teams
  • Drive on-going review with key stakeholders of the products & services delivered (monthly KPI metrics) 
  • Provide input to the Product & Services organizations to continuously improve our ability to better serve the needs of the region. 
Project Management:
  • Accountable for delivering projects in time and in budget and manage expectation with transparency when needed.
  • Lead multi-functional projects teams, ensuring comprehension of how projects ties in with the overall strategy, providing clear definition of roles and responsibilities and providing continuous support and guidance. 
  • Understand and articulate for NAM, LAC and Analytics business partner the charging processes involved in delivering services/solutions
  • Effectively manage the value proposition of the programs/projects you are accountable for, as well as the running cost for the services and support operations.

  • Drive a shared vision and common purpose across the region and lead the execution of the people strategy within your team and function.

  • Set high performance standards, align Primos behind the goals and create a context where they feel safe to contribute to their maximum ability. 
  • Ensure the continuous development of team members by deploying training, delivering timely feedback, providing coaching, designing on the job developmental experiences and promoting talent.
  • Orchestrate the functioning of the matrix organization, by identifying and including stakeholders appropriately.
Vendor management:
  • Maximize the value of our key partnerships and ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs
  • Align service requirements measures and scorecards with the partners, conduct regular meeting with partners to review performance & SLA
  • Coordinate necessary changes to outsource contract in line with business requirement and global IT strategy

  • Extensive experience across multiple technology services / programs 
  • Experience leading teams and working across a matrix organization
  • Exposure to global technical functions, different markets, dynamic and specificities
