ABOUT YOU
As Senior Executive/ AM Maintenance you will apply an advanced knowledge of industrial processes and human performance principles to reduce or eliminate the risk of injury or damage. To create a safe and environmentally sound workplace.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Be able to lead the team of operators. 
  • Be a strong change leader to bring in new systems and processes
  • Actively involved in implementation of BOS (Bacardi Operating System) at the plant. BOS is an internal system and covers TPM, Lean, Flow, etc.
  • Up keeping of plant machinery (mechanical & Electrical) through implementation of standard maintenance schedule.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of plant machinery by ensuring Zero breakdown
  • Planning for capital and operating expenditure related to Maintenance
  • Down time analysis & its prediction & taking corrective actions
  • Cost controlling by supporting optimal utilization the plant machinery / manpower
  • Implement continuous indigenization of purchases related to the change parts & spare parts, wherever possible
  • Ensuring 100% adherence to the Bacardi QEHS Systems
  • Preparation and adherence to the standard operating procedures relating to Plant Maintenance. 
  • Support the continuous improvement in quality and efficiency with respect to the plant operations of his function

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Expertise in Plant maintenance both Mechanical & Electrical and people Management.
  • Knowledge on TPM, Lean implementation is essential. 
  • Knowledge of EHS systems.
  • Should have sound knowledge & Skill on stakeholder relationship.
  • Exposure to day to day material management and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical & financial skills and budget management experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate at different organization levels
