About the role


You will lead the London Prestige team and be responsible for building and implementing the Winning in London plan across our core and incubation brands. Your team will manage the most influential customers within the London Independent On Trade. All eyes of the World are on London On Trade, therefore you will need to have your finger on the pulse with what is happening across the city, build top relationships with experienced bar owners and have the ability to identify all opportunities that will drive the Bacardi market share forward and deliver our business ambition.
Leading a dynamic Prestige On Trade team will require you to build out a world class capability program, coach and empower the team to think outside of the box and stretch their thinking to deliver results.

  • Providing inspirational leadership the team of 6 direct/3 indirect reports, actively developing/coaching team members
  • Develop and maintain a live people plan that includes recruitment, talent management, succession planning and performance improvement where necessary
  • Be a fearless family member of the Field Sales Leadership team, sharing best practise and encouraging the team to bring their founders mentality to drive ‘One Team success
  • Embed ‘Belonging’ in every aspect of the role, creating and leading diverse teams that reflect the communities in which we operate.   
  • Implementation of the London strategic plan, ensuring alignment of activity and resources to ensure the optimum return to the business and achievement of premium market share targets
  • Delivery of distribution, menu feature and budgeted £NSV and £GP targets with defined customers, to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed KPI’s and targets
  • Ensure marketing activities are synchronized and properly activated by the team & customers
  • Creation and maintenance of Joint Business Plans with key customers and deliverables are achieved (accurate forecasting, volumes, values targets)
  • Leveraging insights along with current and emerging trends to refocus activity and maximise business opportunities
  • To lead Picture of Success in your area and work in collaboration with the UK Field Sales Teams on target setting
  • Ensure that all sales processes and tools are followed and compliant to high level of standards
  • Lead monthly team meetings where stakeholders are invited to attend and present
  • Showcase the best-in-class trade tours and maintain what Winning in London looks like both internally and externally
  • Manage key UK and international stakeholders and assist with London trade visits

Skills and Experience

Work Experience and Functional Competencies required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management and/ or customer/ marketing and have worked in the premium/ Prestige marketplace within London
  • Strong experience in leading a team and people management
  • Experience in leading effective cross-functional projects
