About the role

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Patròn commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and realizing opportunities to optimize pricing specifically for our Patròn portfolio brands and in performing value-generating analysis which will support the commercial & financial performance of the brand. This position will collaborate closely with the commercial leaders and distributor partners in each region, while also performing the rigorous analysis required to generate quality insights which will yield value for this dynamic and fast-growing business.

About You 

Ideal candidates for this role will have a strong technical foundation in pricing and revenue growth management, while also possessing the ability to collaborate with business teams and manage complexity and deadlines.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Maintain pricing and discounts data within Anaplan
  • Analyze potential pricing decisions and their related volume elasticity impacts to ensure that decisions are properly supported
  • Support the execution of market price changes by:
    • coordinating interactions and alignment with distributor partners
    • executing agreed base-price, discounts support or bank-funding changes
  • Monitor brand and competitor shelf-pricing in market versus guard-rails
  • Budget control and invoice payment coordination
  • Detailed and rigorous analysis aimed at generating value-added insights which help drive business
  • Distributor bank reconciliation and reporting
  • Preparation of distributor presentations
  • Financial and commercial data reporting

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Solid Financial Acumen, strong Analytical background, technical skills, data savvy, ability to understand commercial strategies and objectives
  • Knowledge and comfort of working with price structures and BUSA / distributor partner relationships
  • High comfort modelling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
  • Good judgment and ability to manage granular details yet see the bigger picture to ensure solutions alignment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Anaplan a plus
  • Ability to balance sense of urgency / timeliness with data/facts, but able to drive to timely decisions efficiently
  • Strong Communication Skills - written, verbal, presentation
