This role will provide you with the opportunity to work cross functionally and drive change in the company.  You will have the opportunity do drive efficiencies and provide financial insights to improve growth.

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive thinker to find opportunities for the business. You will need to have an understanding of end-to-end business flows and their financial impacts. You will need to work collaboratively with other departments (Commercial, RGM, Supply Chain…) to identify areas of improvement and ensure they have an impact on the business. You will need to be an expert in communicating those insights to Senior Leadership to have their buy in and translate them into action.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Own the preparation of high-quality presentations and analysis to clearly explain business performance, risks and opportunities to Senior Management stakeholders (i.e. Board and Audit committee)
  • Build a portfolio of recurring analytical processes and deliverables aimed at:
    • Identifying business risks and opportunities 
    • Identifying value-creating business insights 
  • Manage scenario planning: looking forward mindset, analyze trends evolution, competitors performance and industry drivers of growth. Be the Financial contact for Strategy Plan updates
  • Build well selected metrics to follow up key commercial bets and ensure we deliver vs. plan (i.e. size mix improvement, winning in on trade, price increases…)
  • Lead Measurement & Evaluation management on discounts
  • Work closely with market finance teams to understand business drivers underlying regional results 
  • Develop data reporting tools and capabilities within the organization 
  • Lead, Participate in and contribute to a varied portfolio of projects aimed and improving business performance and creating value for the North America Region
  • Management of 2 people

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy:
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a Finance FP&A or Strategic Planning role, preferably within the consumer goods industry 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and team player.
  • Forecasting: Knowledge of, and ability to apply, financial and forecasting procedures. This includes the ability to develop sound assumptions and produce relevant financial projections and models from those assumptions.  
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure successful delivery (on time and within budget) while identifying potential issues/risks. 
  • Control Environment: Understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for decision-making, internal/external reporting, and communications 
  • Capable of communicating what is complex in simple terms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a group environment and independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Products
  • Cognos / TM1 / Power BI knowledge a plus
