About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole import products process within Company, strip stamps coordination, warehouse, customs, and transport processes management.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • prepare the documents to ensure Excise Strip stamps accounting, control, and correct reporting to State Tax Service
  • control over the export and import of  Excise Strip stamps and the timing of stamps returning to the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to close bank guarantees in a timely manner;
  • Receive and check the package of export documents for the smooth import of goods
  • control the processes of loading and unloading the company's products and ensure timely products delivery 
  • Work with Central Asian customers in matters of temporary import of Excise Strips stamps; good rework process procedures; export formalities execution.
  • organize and coordinate the warehouse processes of the Customs Warehouse. 
  • conduct an inventory of Customs Warehouse stocks
  • organize and coordinate transport logistics processes for the delivery of goods from the place of customs clearance to the leased warehouse
  • draw up transportation routes from abroad for the company's marketing materials
  • prepare a package of documents for customs procedures
  • Local Certification procedures execution

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in logistics in FMCG international companies – 3 years+ 
  • Understanding key business processes and their impact on business
  • Advanced PC user 
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
