About You 

You are an exceptional cross-functional leader, comfortable navigating through the ‘white space’, influencing and interfacing with various stakeholders at all levels both internal and external; able to passionately identify new growth opportunities, new channels for growth ‘new premise’, challenging the status quo with converging timelines and priorities.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Support development of current partnerships (Drizly, Reserve Bar, Amazon,, Saucey, UBEReats, DoorDash, GoPuff, etc.) 
  • Support digital and commerce initiatives, programs, campaigns leveraging the full portfolio of brands and connected platforms to drive market share, $RSV, profit, share of voice, impressions and ROI optimization 
  • Identify new growth opportunities that execute against the Digital Commerce strategic roadmap 
  • Collaborate closely with Global, local and commercial teams for planning and implementation 
  • Engage cross-functional team(s) to execute collaborative strategies, planning, programming analytics that increase Bacardi’s position across all core partners 
  • Partner across the full brand portfolio to architect and integrate ‘No-Dead-Ends’ strategy with PurePlay as a key lever (Linking across the funnel to purchase - Search/Google, Social/Facebook, Partner/LiveNation, Media/ 
  • Provide input, insights and guidance to NAM and Global Leadership teams, to respond to changing market conditions, consumer behaviors, engagement and marketplace/partner intelligence

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 5-7 years of Marketing, partnership development with clear understanding of full end2end user journey: search, mobile, media, web, email, social and paid media leading to full conversion. Brick + Click synergies and impact 
  • 5+ years AlcBev experience leading and executing key initiatives end2end with a track record of bringing large ideas to life within the Bacardi ecosystem 
  • 5+ years working in complex, legal intensive, relationship management, IT collaborative, agency leading environments 
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiations with external partners 
  • Experience managing and developing cross-functional relationships both internally and externally: Brand/Portfolio, Performance Marketing, Finance, Legal/Regulatory, Global, Agency, Commercial, CP&A, Distributor 
  • Strong research and analytical skills (metrics driven) with a proven ability to consume and understand data to get to clear results, attribution and optimization
