The role of Technology is critical to our Best 10 Ambitions, we need a talented individual to Lead our  features roadmap for Consumer facing products

As a Lead you will 
  • Take pride in delivering the highest quality service to define and develop our products and features to delight our Consumers 
  • Identify opportunities where your products can play to drive value or efficiencies for our Brands, regions and markets

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of Consumer Journeys (current and future), translating these to an enabling Tech product strategy and features roadmap; provide input into investment or business cases
  • Maintain a consolidated view of all Marketing Tech products (may be directly or indirectly managed) to impact our Consumers Journey 
  • Embed and drive adoption of Owned products through aligning releases to business processes and value creation opportunities.
  • Manage Products Lifecycle (MVP to Sunset) working closely with the Product Leads to 
    • Manage a Product Line backlog for Consumer persona prioritising features aligned to highest value exchange and clear acceptance criteria
    • Lead product delivery teams to assure delivery according to design of Consumer Journeys, including budget and resource management, test validation, change management, controls and compliance (E.g. GDPR, LDA)
    • Deliver through cross functional Tech teams and/or connected Product Teams (E.g., Security, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Data and Analytics) 
    • Work closely with Enterprise Architects to identify key features in products that can be adopted by multiple products (build once and scale) including Integration
    • Track and monitor value exchange and realisation through seeking and acting on feedback – welcoming it as an opportunity to continuously improve, and learn
    • Contribute and strengthen the Tech organisation through sharing knowledge, coaching and developing fellow Prim@s 
    • Explore new ways of working to help accelerate delivery focused on impact and driving agility– Including ways to improve feedback and communication  
    • Positively contribute to building an inclusive culture of Bacardi by promoting transparency and feedback cycles to support the growth and development of the whole team.
  • Line management and development of team, identifying and building skills for future resourcing needs
  • Role-model an inclusive team culture where all Prim@s and our partners recognised for their contributions and impact
  • Celebrate Key Milestones, documenting case studies and sharing learnings
  • Bring Insights from the industry to help accelerate the implementation and focus on driving value for Bacardi and our Consumers  

Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources as a Product Owner - Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working and delivering in Agile, influencing cross-functional teams and building Digital capability, particularly in support of Consumer Journeys 
  • Able to plan capacity, allocate work within the team, manage releases, govern delivery, identify, and mitigate risks to timelines
  • Strong understanding of Consumer engagement channels and Tech trends for the future and able to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Experience building High performing teams (Internal and external) focused on shared goals and outcomes in service of Consumers 
  • Strategic and Critical thinker and problem solver – able to respectfully challenge the status quo and drive transformation
  • Aspirational leader able to actively contribute to strengthening our inclusive and equitable culture
