About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with the commercial leaders to define and develop the Commercial Execution and Customer Partnership Solutions strategy / Roadmap for AMEA.
- Build, align and deliver on a regional joint business plan (JBP) ensuring close alignment with Commercial Technology portfolio planning and budget cycle.
- Coordinate and drive ongoing support and adoption of the commercial portfolio for AMEA. Ensure that business process and change management are delivered consistently with new solutions.
- Plan, Build and Run your solution(s) with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Vendors and Technology Operations.
- Engage and coordinate with internal groups and external vendors for the different aspects of delivery.
- Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders, both in and outside Technology.
- Develop your network, internally and externally.
- Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners - ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs
Skills and Experience
- Deep technical and business knowledge enabling you to effectively connect technical solutions across the market to increase value
- Experience in successful delivery of Technology solutions and programs in the commercial space with direct business engagement.
- Expert knowledge and experience implementing Digital Commercial Technologies such as SFA, CRM, ERP, TPM, Retail Execution.
- Strong understanding of commercial execution processes
- Leadership experience across a matrix organisation
- Exposure to global technical functions, different markets, dynamic and specificities
- Fluent in English
- Collaborative relationships define you and you demonstrate gravitas in building close partnerships across the Matrix – both within and outside Bacardi
- Detail-oriented with strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- You value learning and growing both technical and functional competencies
- Ability to work and think independently whilst being part of the wider team to join forces in achieving the next best 10 years for you and Bacardi
